We are a small, family operated business in Aurora, Colorado that offers the ULTIMATE in quality European sausages. We proudly sell sausages that are hand crafted personally for us by a 4th generation Master Sausage Maker from Austria who uses only authentic European recipes. A dying breed! These sausages are custom made in small batches from the finest high quality ingredients (i.e. spices from Austria, Germany & Switzerland). We trim our own meats, discarding the trimiming which is unlike most other sausage makers who use those trimmings in their sausages. We use only fancy pork, USDA choice beef, with grade A natural casings. Our chicken is all natural. They are all low sodium, low fat, with no MSG, no additivies or fillers.
